To ensure visitor reception within a major industry in the Canton of Fribourg on Friday afternoons, we are looking for:
Job Description
a person (M/F) - Bilingual F/G - available at 20%.
- On Friday afternoons (12pm-5pm or 12:30pm-5pm or max 1pm-5pm) = visitor reception and various tasks related to the position
- The other half-day will be dedicated to administrative work, either on Tuesday afternoons or Friday/Saturday mornings (to be defined according to your needs)
Profile sought
- Proficient in French and German to converse with visitors and by phone
- Multitasker
- Cheerful and approachable but also able to be a good gatekeeper and ensure entry control.
- Stress resistant (if a lorry arrives at the same time as 2 calls and 3 visitors)
