- Conducting criminal investigations into misdemeanours, offences and crimes committed by adults
- Filing charges and representation before the cantonal courts
- Issuing decisions on non-prosecution and dismissal, penal orders or transfer orders
- Handling national and international legal assistance requests
Your profile
- Completed law degree (licentiate, master) and bar admission
- CAS Forensics is an advantage
- Qualified knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedure law
- Persistence in case processing
- Interest in criminal contexts
- High commitment and resilience as well as precise, efficient working methods
- Team-oriented, honest, committed and trustworthy personality
