Design, further development, and administration of the international network infrastructure with a focus on LAN, WAN and WLAN
Operation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Cisco network components as well as administration of Cisco Prime
Support of demanding industrial and network projects, including machine connections, network monitoring, and system supervision
Administration and monitoring of firewalls as well as coordination with external IT service providers including troubleshooting and escalation management
Participation in the on-call service to ensure reliable network operation, approximately once a month
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ideally specialising in platform development or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in network engineering with practical experience in administering complex network environments
Sound knowledge of the Cisco portfolio, especially in the areas of LAN, WLAN and network monitoring
Very good knowledge of Cisco Prime as well as experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting
Fluent German language skills and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
