Co-Manager Technical Service 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You create deployment plans and coordinate internal as well as external interfaces

• In coordination with management and co-leadership, you coordinate operational maintenance and set priorities

• You are the contact person for technical matters, repairs and malfunctions in all departments

• You monitor, operate and maintain systems such as pool water treatment, heating and ventilation

• You ensure the trouble-free operation of all measurement, control and management systems as well as other system components

• You carry out regular maintenance and inspections according to maintenance plans and legal requirements

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as an electrician EFZ, automation technician EFZ, sanitary installer EFZ or equivalent qualification

• NIV Art. 13 permit for operating electrician (or willingness to obtain this)

• Good manual skills

• Very good German language skills

• Solid knowledge in building technology

• Willingness to work regular shifts on weekends

• Willingness to be on call

• Team spirit and a high degree of personal responsibility
