Your Tasks

• Professional care and support of people with physical and/or cognitive disabilities
• Individual accompaniment of clients in everyday life
• Ensuring professional and needs-oriented care
• Assuming nursing responsibility within your role
• Medication management and implementation of medical prescriptions
• Nursing documentation and communication of relevant information
• Close collaboration with the interdisciplinary care and support team
• Promotion of independence, quality of life and individual resources of the people cared for

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
• Experience in disability care or support of people with impairments
• High social competence, empathy and sense of responsibility
• Independent and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Resilience and a calm, appreciative manner even in demanding situations
• Very good knowledge of German
