Your area of responsibility

• Recording appointments from the cantonal registration tool in EPIC as well as creating the corresponding orders for the locations Lucerne, Sursee and Wolhusen
• Carrying out SAP case openings and linking the relevant patient data to ensure a smooth administrative process
• Reception of patients and support with the digital completion of health and consent questions
• Active management and accompaniment of patient flow to ensure efficient processes and a high level of service quality in radiology

Your experience

• Training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, Medical Secretary or a comparable further education; experience in healthcare is an advantage but not a requirement
• Enjoyment of organisational and administrative tasks as well as the ability to keep an overview and set priorities sensibly even in a lively work environment
• Strong service orientation and friendly, appreciative communication in contact with patients as well as various internal and external contacts
• Reliable, careful and discreet working style as well as good user knowledge of common Office programmes
