Attached to the Department of Culture and Digital Transition (DCTN), the DSIC organises, plans, implements and manages all resources of the Municipal Administration related to information and communication technologies. It concentrates and manages all financial, human, material and immaterial resources related to information and communication systems. The DSIC is a cross-functional service, dedicated to all departments and services of the City.
This position is attached to the infrastructure unit, network, security and telecom group. Its scope includes the provision of hardware for the lower layers of the physical infrastructure, as well as the coordination of installations and interventions on telecommunication infrastructures and systems.
To complete its team, the DSIC is looking for a
Telecommunication and Telephony Engineer
Your mission:
Ensure the proper functioning, availability, quality, performance, security and evolution of telephony systems.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyse, design, administer and secure the telephony systems under your responsibility and contribute to their evolution, according to current standards and best practices.
- Resolve complex and/or critical incidents (level 3 support).
- Advise users on solutions.
- Develop and maintain the mapping of telephony systems within your scope (reference frameworks, diagrams, etc.).
- Manage projects related to telephony systems with internal teams and/or external providers.
- Ensure technological watch within your scope. Provide on-call service and interventions outside standard hours.
Your profile:
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, specialising in telecoms (HES, University or equivalent training).
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Expertise in Cisco IP telephony and collaboration infrastructures (CUCM and associated technologies).
- Experience in administration and operation of enterprise telephony and communication solutions, including unified voicemail, interactive voice response (IVR) servers, communication recording solutions, as well as management, reporting and analysis platforms for telephony services.
- Experience in managing technical projects related to telephony systems.
- Good knowledge of: a) telecommunication and signalling protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP, SIP Trunk); b) enterprise networks and their main components (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, QoS, routing and switching); c) information system security principles and communication infrastructure; d) network infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, NTP, IP addressing); e) supervision, operation and diagnostic tools for telecommunication and network infrastructures.

- An asset: Cisco certification in the Collaboration domain (CCNA, CCNP or equivalent).
