Maintenance Specialist for Track Systems

Sarnen, starting 1 October 2026

What you can achieve with us

• Ensuring smooth and safe shunting operations (coordination work, checking and performing coupling and brake tests, etc.)

• Maintenance work in and around the track systems, such as replacing defective components, snow clearance or mowing embankments

• Responsibility for the safety of personnel working near the tracks
• Operation of road vehicles category B for personnel and material transport to construction sites
• Professional and safe use of machines and equipment such as cranes,

The qualifications you bring

• Completed apprenticeship as a track construction worker, road builder, forest ranger

• Responsible, flexible personality with good German skills (at least B2)

• Driving licence category B is required, BE advantageous
• Willingness to work night shifts and on-call duties
