We are searching for a HR Coordinator with a strong emphasis on business partnering. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships between the HR functions, ensuring that agreed actions are taken in a timely manner. This position will support two senior HR partners and requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of HR principles, and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of our diverse workforce.

Missions

Support to Business Partners:

  • Collaborate closely with two HRBP to understand Centre Heads and Leaders' objectives, challenges, and talent requirements.
  • Assist the partners by providing first-level HR guidance and support to facilitate the achievement of business goals.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee first-level inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Address employee queries promptly and professionally, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support the HR Business Partners on complex cases.

Recruitment and Contract Management:

  • Manage the institutional clearance process for contract extensions and new position creation.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on required documents and steps, ensuring timely completion and traceability.
  • Coordinate the information flow between all stakeholders involved.

Talent Management:

  • Support the P&C Partners during the annual Talent Review process and associated data analytics.
  • Work closely with P&C partners to identify training and development opportunities for employees.

Training and Development:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Development team to coordinate training initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support the HRBPs in identifying training needs and facilitating the delivery of relevant programs.

HR Administration:

  • Work closely with the People Services team to maintain accurate HR records and files, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Follow up on the implementation of decisions confirmed through the HRBPs, particularly related to workforce planning, monthly leavers, and long absences.

Profil du candidat

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 2 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role, particularly with a focus on business partnering in an international setting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Workday HRIS and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
