The e-commerce team is looking for a new gem.

This new addition to the team will be focused on data analysis and product marketing.

This position aims at delivering data-driven recommendations to executives and key stakeholders to make relevant business decisions and increase performance.

Data analyst:

You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, implementing solutions to ensure that business operations are efficient.

  • Requirements Gathering:

o Coordinate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and lead interviews and workshops to gather detailed requirements

  • Data Analysis:

o Analyze available business data, processes, and workflows from various solutions/software to identify areas for improvement.

o Use data modeling techniques to easily aggregate and analyze data to bring key insights into business decision making.

  • Reporting:

o Prepare detailed reports, charts, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

o Prepare forecasts and projections for key projects including subscriptions.

o Maintain documentation of business processes, systems, and requirements.

Product Marketing Specialist

  • Campaign Development/Trade Marketing:

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, events, and PR, to generate leads and drive product awareness.?

  • Customer Engagement:

Position the brand as an expert of the optical industry develop and nurture bonds with customers, gather feedback to share product developments through any relevant levers:

o Website UI/UX

o Website Conversion Rate Optimization

o Launching or optimizing review solutions such as Trusted Shops, Trustpilot etc.

o Improving the value proposition of some projects

o enhancing the onsite customer experience

  • Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze KPIs: such as product sales, average order value, and campaign effectiveness, to measure the success of marketing initiatives and optimize future strategies.?

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or in Marketing.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and/or marketing
    • Proven record of accomplishment of successfully implementing business process improvements and technology solutions.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, JIRA, Tableau etc.).
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attributes:
    • Social and team player, good oral speaker
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Will be working for a client, leading the optical industry.
  • Will be reporting into the e-commerce Manager.
  • Full-time position.
  • Based in Geneva.
  • Office environment with the possibility of remote work 2 days/week.
