What you will do

As a Program Assistant at EHL, you will provide support to the Master program (face to face and online) and Executive education online courses so that students receive the best learning experience possible. You will help with:

• Serving as the 1st academic point of contact for students.
• Preparing and updating course material.
• Supporting the digitalization of the course material and participate in the management of the Moodle environment.
• Supporting courses on exam processes.
• Assisting in guest speakers' logistics.
• Participating in various innovative projects related to students' success.

Who you are

• You have bachelor’s degree or an equivalent.
• You have a “go to” attitude, detailed oriented and well organized.
• You are service oriented and passionate about improving and facilitating our students’ learning.
• You can work autonomously and you feel at ease with presenting and public speaking.
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel) and you pay attention to details.
• You are open minded and proactive.
• You have very good communication skills, with fluency in French and in English.
