Overview

Communication is our passion: Viviane Ewald and her team are looking for a colleague to join our current team of 8 in Allschwil. We cover the entire marketing spectrum, from brand management to digital marketing and content. All beautifully networked and international. We look after over 90 congresses and events a year and ensure a harmonised appearance, as well as supporting our sales department to maximise their impact. And we never lose our sense of humour.

Responsibilities

  • Organisation: Planning and coordination of individual events (internal and external), including participant management.
  • Planning: Collaboration in the annual planning for the event calendar in accordance with the marketing strategy.
  • Logistics: Organisation and coordination of logistics for equipment, catering and accommodation.
  • Programme design: Collaboration in designing the content of lectures, workshops and congresses.
  • Communication: Embedding the event in the campaign planning together with our content managers
  • Budget management: Planning and control of the event budget.
  • Success control: Continuous optimisation of KPIs, incl. analyses, evaluations and creation of recommendations for action for future events.
  • You work closely with other departments, are the contact person for external agencies and ensure that the events are CI-compliant and support the corporate and marketing objectives

Hardskills

  • University degree in communications, marketing, events or a similar field of study, preferably also as a career starter
  • You have a good feel for storytelling and a strong understanding of target groups
  • You preferably have experience in event management.
  • Fluent German and English are essential

Softskills

You have organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously

You enjoy regular dialogue with the team, generating ideas and coordinating tasks

You have excellent communication skills

You love the hands-on mentality, keep a cool head in stressful times and maintain an overview of your projects

You are creative and enjoy creating new things
