The Position

As an Student Support (m/f/d) you will work at “Business Solution” and there in the group of “Digital Infrastructure and Services” at the Basel / Kaiseraugst location. The “Site Network Basel/Kaiseraugst” organization is part of the global group function “Corporate Strategy, Sustainability & Sites”, provides the infrastructure for the entire site and develops it continuously and in an innovative way. We work with all stakeholders along the entire value chain, from early research to patient care. With us you can look forward to a modern organizational model in which you can independently contribute your talents to meaningful work. The following professional skills and interests are highly valued:

• Knowledge and Interest in Digitalization: Background in digitalization, VR/AR technologies, Industry 4.0, or related fields.

• Innovation-Oriented Methodologies: Initial understanding of innovation-oriented and customer-centric methodologies, such as Design Thinking.

• Technical Proficiency: Ability to structure and deliver technical content, and conceptual work in digital solutions.

• Communication Skills: Interest in designing and formulating communication content for various channels, including writing, video editing, and social media.

• Workshop Facilitation: Passion for organizing and facilitating workshops and events.

• Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within the team.

Strict Requirements include:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, or recently completed your university diploma within the last 12 months, preferably in study areas connected to digitalization, computer science, engineering, or related fields.

• Fluent in both oral and written German and English (additional language skills are a plus).

• Submission of CV and motivation letter (including desired start date and duration).

• For non-EU/EFTA citizens: Certificate from the university stating that a working student position is mandatory.

The working student position start date is preferably set for August 2024 or upon availability, for a duration of at least 12 months or more.
