Talent acquisition is a critical function for any organization. Having an intern in this role can provide much-needed support to the HR team. They can assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. In addition to sourcing top talent, this function regularly provides market intelligence updates to hiring managers. We are looking for someone passionate about scaling teams and recruitment, is open to experimenting with newer technology, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a HR Talent Acquisition key member of the HR Department, you will have the opportunity to lead your independent projects and be involved in the following activities:



  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Build relationships with hiring managers and serve as an advisor and partner to define the sourcing

  • Approach, build healthy pipelines, and fill current openings. You proactively identify potential candidates and contact them across multiple platform

  • Implement and reinforce different sourcing strategies through social media, employee referral programs, internal recruitment, networks, recruitment companies, participating in university events, and others

  • Provides data-driven sourcing recommendations to guide decision-making

  • Provide and continue to improve an outstanding candidate experience

  • Provide the business with meaningful metrics and Recruiting data analysis (Hiring, Attrition, Recruitment market, others)

  • You pre-select potential candidates, conduct (technical) first-round interviews, and support our departments as needed

  • You constantly look for potential to improve our hiring process and find new channels of recruiting



We are looking for you if you are:

Currently enrolled in a university in either a Bachelors's or Master's course in Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or in a relevant field.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and trust with employees, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

  • Motivated and open to the dynamic startup environment.

  • Excellent English language skills.

  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to take on diverse tasks.
