The HR Business Partner will provide comprehensive HR support to various departments, acting as an advisor to leadership on HR matters, and championing employee experience and organizational culture.

This role involves HR management from hire to retire, and acting as a change agent and HR ambassador.

Missions

  • HR Guidance to Leadership: Serve as the primary HR contact for designated departments, advising on organization design, workforce planning, performance management, and compensation & benefits. Conduct monthly business reviews and maintain organizational charts.
  • Employee Experience: Collaborate with the Talent Management team to champion organizational culture, support employees throughout their journey, and ensure transparent communication within departments.
  • Budget and Workforce Planning: Prepare HR demands for the Plan & Budget Committee, implement decisions, and manage HR budgets for dedicated departments.
  • People Management Cycle: Support departments in setting yearly objectives, conducting midyear and year-end reviews, and preparing salary reviews.
  • People Development: Identify training needs, advise on performance management, and implement succession planning.
  • HR Policies and Projects: Support departments in adapting to new activities and projects, analyze HR dashboard data, and ensure compliance with legal obligations.
  • Employee Relations: Improve work relationships, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations in response to employee complaints.

Profil du candidat

  • University education in HR management or Swiss federal diploma in HR. Significant experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, knowledge of SAP and Power BI, and a good understanding of labor law. Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, and a data-driven mindset.
  • Professional ethics, proactive and autonomous, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English or French, with excellent writing and speaking skills in the other language.
  • Ability to foster team spirit, maintain confidentiality, and handle interpersonal differences constructively.
