ICT Network Engineer (Zurich, Network, Security, Automation)

Tasks and Responsibilities

• • • Overseeing and advancing the cutting-edge data center network and security infrastructure
    • Crafting and executing up-to-date network and security solutions
    • Establishing and managing customer connections
    • Implementing standardization and automation of operational processes
    • Investigating and resolving malfunctions and error states
    • Providing support for the NSX area in the VMware environment

• • • Vocational apprenticeship and higher IT specialist training (FH/HF) or equivalent professional experience
    • In-depth practical expertise in network and firewall knowledge
    • Familiarity with routing protocols like BGP and OSPF
    • Experience in IaC and automation is advantageous
    • A keen interest in and affinity for IT security
    • Ability to work independently, reliably, and with precision
    • Fluent Swiss-German Speaker (Mandatory)
