Joining our Manufacturing Department, you will be part of a team of technicians, engineers and scientists specialized in the production and purification of recombinant proteins produced from animal cells.

As Support Technician, you will take part in this exciting adventure by supporting the Manufacturing Shared Services in our development and clinical suites.

Your role: Support Operational Activities:

  • Be the expert in the processes under our responsibility (raw materials, water, gas and environmental monitoring, autoclave & part washer)
  • Perform the sampling in operational activities (water sampling, aliquoting, utility sampling, HVAC, Gases, corrections of working papers, )
  • Perform support activities (autoclave and part washer)
  • Carrying out the documentation related to your function (e.g. writing working instructions)
  • Supporting compliance activities (batch review, deviations, investigations...)
  • Participating in maintaining the functionality of the laboratories/clean rooms
  • Interacting with different stakeholders (e.g. Quality Assurance, Project Managers, or Operational team)
  • Participate in local improvement projects related to the support and sampling activities

  • qualifications

    Your profile:

    • Engineer in science (chemistry, biology) or at least 1 year of experience in a GMP environment
    • Good knowledge of visual management
    • Knowledge of BPF
    • Have a collaborative mindset with the appropriate level of customer service
    • Autonomous and reliable, highly motivated
    • Be oriented to meet customer needs
    • Collaborative and positive communication within the team and with partners/customers
    • Search for proactive implementation of new technologies, new best practices and continuous improvement for the team
    • Language: French, English is a plus
