Pensions (80% - 100%) (f/m/d)
, and after the harmonization and integration of our Swiss pension plans, you will manage post-integration tasks and thus play a key role in shaping the future set-up.


Your tasks
and responsibilities
: 

  • You will be involved in the implementation of complex asset liability analyses and the optimization of the investment strategy for Swiss pension plans and, as an expert on the company side, you will be available for asset manager/provider selection as well as their monitoring and reviews.
  • You will be the main contact person for local management, global accounting, HR & treasury functions as well as external service providers such as actuaries, consultants and auditors, as well as for the Board of Trustees, experts and management of the company's own pension fund, and will support board meetings and succession planning. In addition, you will be responsible for an efficient review process of external service providers, including potential efficiency improvements.
  • You will be responsible for the local implementation of the Group strategy in pension management with the purpose of risk reduction, e.g. by means of plan design, funding, investment strategies or other de-risking measures.
  • You will be responsible for local governance, regular financial reporting and the digitalization strategy. In addition, you will take responsibility for special projects (e.g. M&A).
Your profile and skills: 
  • You have successfully completed a degree in economics with a focus on finance or mathematics and score points with task-specific additional qualifications (such as actuary, CFA, corporate treasurer).
  • In addition, you have gained several years of professional experience in the field of pension financing/investment and company pension schemes in Switzerland, which you have ideally gained in various companies.
  • You already have extensive experience with Swiss pension funds, pension risk management and governance.
  • You are regarded as an interface between finance and human resources and have already gained knowledge and practical experience in both areas.
