Role & Responsibilities:
- Participate in the implementation of new financial system and its interfaces in connection with accounting business experts and our Project Management Officer
- Ensure the correct application of all financial, accounting, regulatory, and tax standards
- Meet the deadlines imposed for the various deliverables.
- Raise alerts in case of difficulties or delays, propose workaround solutions, if necessary, take charge of the design or monitoring of the new tools mentioned above, the adaptation of existing processes, as well as their deployments
- Write, document, accomplish, carry out, and reconcile test campaigns, write procedures
- Ensure the training of various users in Switzerland and abroad
- Master the tools for processing large volumes of data for testing or analysis purposes
- Provide relevant analyses and comments to management on the projects entrusted to them
Profile:
Knowledge of accounting regulations for management companies
Have solid experience in implementing new financial systems
Hands-on while being very involved in writing, accomplishing, carrying out, documenting, and reconciling various tests
Fluent in French and English
