MASCOT is an international workwear manufacturer with customers worldwide. We have our own IT department where we develop our own IT platforms and provide service to our distributors and end-users across a wide range of industries. Exploring new technologies and creating a more agile environment is a top priority. To continue our professional approach, we are expanding our IT development team with another Product Owner, who can contribute to the further development of several IT platforms at MASCOT.

The job

In this role you will act both as Product Owner and Scrum Master and facilitate development processes. This includes translating complex business needs to our team of highly skilled developers located in Vietnam and ensuring the success of the process from start to finish.

You will be a part of a team of 5 colleagues and report directly to our IT Development Manager. As you will be working primarily on-site from our headquarters in Pårup near Silkeborg, we expect you to live within a one-hour driving distance.
