Requirements:
We are seeking a meticulous, customer focused and detail-oriented Registry Officer to join our Registry team in the context of a temporary replacement. The Registry Officer provides academic support to students, the Institution, and other stakeholders. He/she will report to the Head of Registry and Academic Quality.

To be eligible for the position, you need to hold a Bachelor's Degree in administration or a CFC de Commerce with preferably 3 years of professional experience in administration support, ideally in an international school environment or in the domain of academic support.

You are a proactive, organized team player with excellent problem-solving skills. You can work autonomously and are an efficient end-user of MS office tools and, ideally, you have knowledge of various academic student information systems. You have an excellent level of English (and, ideally, French) both in oral and written, and you are eligible to work in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Registry Officer, your main missions will be to:

  • To contribute to maintaining the student information system in a sustainable manner and partake in maintaining complete, accurate, to-date record of all student records of current and past students.
  • To provide efficient, accurate and student-centered guidance and services to students to facilitate progression, award, transfer, and other educational goals.
  • To assist with degree verification and other services needed by former students and/or third parties in coherence with the legal and school policy.
  • To actively participate in the fostering of mutually beneficial and collaborative partnerships with other internal stakeholders through quality services to ensure student success.
  • To assist with the maintenance of a strong partnership with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (educational authorities, accrediting and recognizing bodies, etc.)
  • To assist in the designing, keeping, and referencing of academic policy, procedure and process in accordance with the need of program delivery.
  • To contribute and assist with the implementation and archiving of curricular developments.
