Lead the Future of Conversational AI - Senior Technical Consultant (German-speaking)

Your Responsibilities

• Full Project Ownership: Lead post-sales AI solution implementations from proof-of-concept to full enterprise rollout, ensuring performance, scalability, and customer success.

• Technical Strategy & Problem Solving: Define architectural best practices, solve complex technical challenges, and provide tailored solutions aligned with client goals.

• Customer Enablement: Deliver hands-on training, workshops, and technical support to empower clients and partners to use the platform effectively.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, product, engineering) to ensure smooth delivery and continuous product improvement.

• Documentation & Support: Create technical documentation and support the resolution of advanced integration issues to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in technical consulting, solution engineering, or software implementation - ideally within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise platforms

• Hands-on knowledge of tools like Cognigy or similar Conversational AI platforms

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering complex, scalable tech solutions

• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation

• Excellent communication skills "” capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Fluent German is a must, along with strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Additional Skills That Would Be a Plus

• Experience in creating dashboards, KPIs, or performance reports for AI solutions

• Proficiency in JavaScript (Python or other languages is a bonus)

• Comfortable with API and backend system integrations

• Background in linguistics, psychology, or cognitive science for improving AI interaction quality

• Familiarity with prompt engineering and Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude)

• Skills in HTML/CSS for frontend customization and interface improvements

• Prior involvement in AI-focused product development, research, or consulting
