Lead the Future of Conversational AI - Senior Technical Consultant (German-speaking)
Our client, a European leader in customer engagement and contact center technology, is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant - Conversational AI to join their expanding team. Your Responsibilities

Full Project Ownership: Lead post-sales AI solution implementations from proof-of-concept to full enterprise rollout, ensuring performance, scalability, and customer success.

Technical Strategy & Problem Solving: Define architectural best practices, solve complex technical challenges, and provide tailored solutions aligned with client goals.

Customer Enablement: Deliver hands-on training, workshops, and technical support to empower clients and partners to use the platform effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, product, engineering) to ensure smooth delivery and continuous product improvement.

Documentation & Support: Create technical documentation and support the resolution of advanced integration issues to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Your Profile
-
At least 5 years of experience in technical consulting, solution engineering, or software implementation - ideally within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise platforms

Hands-on knowledge of tools like Cognigy or similar Conversational AI platforms

Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering complex, scalable tech solutions

Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation

Excellent communication skills "” capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Fluent German is a must, along with strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Additional Skills That Would Be a Plus

Experience in creating dashboards, KPIs, or performance reports for AI solutions

Proficiency in JavaScript (Python or other languages is a bonus)

Comfortable with API and backend system integrations

Background in linguistics, psychology, or cognitive science for improving AI interaction quality

Familiarity with prompt engineering and Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude)

Skills in HTML/CSS for frontend customization and interface improvements

Prior involvement in AI-focused product development, research, or consulting
