The Academic Office department is responsible to uphold the highest standards of academic excellence at EHL. We are dedicated to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, achieving and maintaining prestigious accreditations, and fostering quality assurance across all academic programs. Through academic partnerships and effective governance, we aim to enhance institutional relations with regulatory agencies and support the continuous improvement of our educational offerings. Our commitment extends to managing post-contract relations for licensed education products and addressing student affairs with a focus on quality and excellence.

The mission of the Higher Education Project Manager is to lead and manage projects that enhance the development of educational programs, ensure academic compliance, and support accreditation and quality assurance processes.
What will you do?
- Leading projects related to quality assurance, accreditations and institutional relations.
- Ensure the academic compliance of the different programs at EHL.
- Support the product development process by providing quality assurance expertise.
- Represent the Academic Office in cross-functional project teams led by other departments.
- Ensure the preparation and dissemination of strategic notes and executive summaries for the attention of the Executive Leadership Team and the Board.
- Provide analysis on specific higher education topics.
- Ensure strategic monitoring of higher education systems at national and international levels.
Who are you ?
- You have a Master’s degree or equivalent.
- You have 5 years of professional experience with 2 years in a similar position.
- You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information.
- You are an effective verbal communicator and adapt quickly to changing circumstances and issues.
- You show initiative and work autonomously.
- You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
- You are familiar with project management methodology.
- You have advanced knowledge of Swiss post-secondary and higher education policies and regulations.
- You are fluent in French and in English (C2).
