We are currently looking for an :
IT Support Engineer
Missions :
- Support and maintenance of M365 / Teams governance; Azure governance
- In charge of the migration of on-premises services to M365 services
- automation and other digital self-help assets to improve customer and engineer experience
- Implement and enrolled VDI plateform
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
Profile :
- Successful first experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge in Microsoft products (M365 services, Intune,
- Knowledge of documentation processes and tools (Confluence, Jira)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Strong customer service, accurate and logical problem solving
- Fluent in German and English
