Business Analyst / Process Engineer (Corporate Lending)
Finders is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Process Engineer to support a strategic project focused on optimising the end-to-end corporate lending process.
The aim is to streamline workflows while meeting all regulatory and risk requirements.
Objective
The Process Engineer will analyse the existing lending process, identify improvement areas and implement solutions that reduce processing time while maintaining a high standard of credit quality.
Responsibilities
• Prioritise improvement measures based on existing process mapping
• Implement high-priority measures according to the project roadmap
• Adapt internal guidelines and procedures as needed
• Organise and lead workshops
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation
• Produce clear documentation of all changes and project deliverables
Required Skills & Experience
Fluent German (spoken and written), French an advantage
• Degree in business, economics or a related field
• Several years of experience in lending processes, ideally within a financial or regulated environment
• Strong understanding of corporate banking workflows (operations or project work)
• Experience implementing process improvements, guidelines and functional specifications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams
• Familiarity with common MS applications; knowledge of Finnova or BSI is a plus
Contract Details
• Senior level
• 12-month contract, extension possible
• 80% workload
• Start date: early January 2026
• Flexible working hours and partial remote work possible
