Profile

› CFC Commercial certificate or equivalent
› Proven Leader : Experience managing teams in Sales/Commercial Operations
› Languages : French speaker, English is a must and any other language is an asset
› Systems Expert : Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, SAP and Wrike
› Strategist : Strong background in forecasting, budgeting and process scaling
› Communicator : Ability to influence stakeholders and inter-departements coordination

Missions

› Team Leadership : Direct and develop the Commercial Ops team to ensure high-performance execution of daily activities
› Sales CRM Ownership : Act as the Commercial Data Owner, driving global pipeline adoption and forecasting accuracy across all international regions
› Process Optimization : Oversee the « Quote-to-Order » workflow, ensuring 95%+ data accuracy in SAP and structured contract management
› Customer Onboarding : Lead the « Customer 360° » project to guarantee a premium onboarding and communication experience
› Cross-Functional Liaison : Coordinate between Sales, Finance (AR follow-ups), Tech Support and Operations to drive commercial strategy and budget alignment
› Global Cross-Functional Liaison : Coordinate between the global regions (APAC, MEIA, USA , etc...)
