To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst experienced with payments & transactions. Our mission is for one of our clients, a Private Bank in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop, test, and enhance API functionalities, ensuring seamless interfacing with core banking systems;
- Support the deployment and management of digital banking solutions, including API integration for real-time data exchange and automation;
- Breaking down a solution into independent blocks in order to be able to implement them independently;
- Being the referent of the business needs of the internal clients and ensuring the definition and validation of its conformity;
- Working closely with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflows and implement digital solutions that enhance client services.
Qualifications Your profile and skills:
- You possess a senior-level mastery of Avaloq and an Avaloq certification.
- You hold a higher education in computer science (University, HES, Swiss Federal Diploma, EPF) or an equivalent qualification.
- You have significant experience as a business analyst in the banking sector.
- You demonstrate excellent knowledge of banking, wealth management, investments, and financial products.
- You have a strong ability to organize and effectively conduct meetings and workshops, and to manage complex topics with participants from diverse backgrounds.
- You possess very good knowledge of scripting and programming, proficient in SQL query languages, and familiar with database access tools.
- You consider yourself analytical, with strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate autonomy and the ability to work independently.
- You speak English and French;
- You are a Swiss resident.
