We are seeking a motivated Business Ops Analyst EMEA to join our Operations team to help establish our brand as the most customer-centric sports brand in the market.
This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in data analytics tools, and a passion for problem-solving. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Demand Planning, Logistics, Global Supply Chain, and Finance, to drive forward transparency on Operational KPIs.
You are a doer who enjoys taking action and achieving results collaboratively with a highly motivated team. This role is for a data driven talent with strong business acumen and a proven record of independently managing large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information into action-oriented insights.

Your Mission
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and insights to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision making.
- Provide valuable data-driven insights and perform ad-hoc analysis to support day-to-day decision making within the Ops team.
- Maintain Regional Operations KPIs and perform root cause analysis to identify business challenges and opportunities.
- Drive new analytical initiatives and projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency in line with overall business strategy.
- Identify, support, and lead projects aimed at scaling up the way the organization leverages on data, insights, and intelligence.
- Consolidate data from various internal and/or external sources and carry out further analysis.
- Master data maintenance, reporting, and ensuring data quality control.
- Validating and verifying the accuracy of data, identifying and rectifying errors or inconsistencies.
- Prepare and present business cases and scenario analyses to support key stakeholders and senior leadership in decision making.
- Assist with strengthening the performance management strategy by creating full visibility to our core metrics.
