Director KOL Management - 100% - Permanent Position

Mission :

• Development, maintenance, and further expansion of an international KOL and reference center network
• Active engagement and relationship management with key opinion leaders, ensuring strong loyalty to our products
• Identification and development of physicians as speakers for events ("podium presence")
• Planning, organization, and management of visits with KOLs as well as at our training center, production site, and headquarters in Switzerland
• Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical & Medical Affairs
• Support of marketing and sales activities
• Responsibility for contracts, CRM maintenance, and reporting of KOL activities
• Further development and co-design of a global KOL management strategy
• Coordination and leadership of regional KOL managers

Profil

• Degree (University of Applied Sciences or university) with a focus on Marketing or scientific background with additional marketing training
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical technology
• In-depth knowledge of the ophthalmic environment and confident interaction with medical specialists
• Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and MS Office
• Strong communication skills with a persuasive personality and high level of social competence
• Structured, cross-functional working style and intercultural competence
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40-60%)
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
