Application Support Engineer - IT Trading Team
Location: Lausanne or Olten

Our client, a major player in the Swiss energy sector, is looking for an Application Support Engineer to strengthen its IT Trading Tools & Analysis team.
In this role, you will work directly with Traders, Analysts, and Middle Office, playing a key part in supporting and improving critical business applications.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications to meet business requirements

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for critical applications

• Advise and assist Front Office users with their own developments, promoting best practices

• Propose and implement solutions to optimize and streamline existing tools

Your profile:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Strong skills in Excel/VBA and Python/Pandas

• Solid experience with SQL and Software Engineering

• Knowledge of Linux & Windows administration

• Fluent English (French or German is a plus)

• Analytical mindset, stress-resistant, and flexible with working hours
