Project Management Support (m/f/d)

As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner, Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are immediately seeking a motivated and dedicated Project Management Support for a temporary 6-month assignment.

Are you a proactive and structured individual who thrives in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a Project Management Support to join a dedicated squad at Roche Diagnostics, focused on a critical transition for their DIA Commercial Enablement team. You will play a key role in shaping and executing the move to a new process and tool for portfolio and resource management.

This position is perfect for a self-starter with a hands-on mindset and a knack for navigating ambiguity. You will be instrumental in every phase of this digital transformation, from initial discovery to successful delivery and adoption. Your mix of analytical thinking, coordination skills, and collaborative spirit will be key to the team's success.

Tasks

• You will help structure the transition plan, conduct market research, and document user requirements through interviews and surveys. You'll also support the team in identifying suitable tools and performing a gap analysis.
• Assist with the sourcing process, vendor coordination, and the technical setup and configuration of the new tool. You will also maintain documentation on its functionality.
• Help design and execute the rollout plan, prepare for data migration, and monitor adoption to propose improvements.
• Contribute to the training concept, develop training materials, and deliver training sessions to ensure a smooth transition for all users.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong project coordination skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with ambiguity
• Tech-savvy, with a basic understanding of tool implementation and configuration
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience with digital tool implementation or internal rollouts
• Familiarity with project or product management tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com, Airtable, Asana)
• Experience with resource management tools (e.g., Smartsheet Resource Management)
• Experience in portfolio management, resource management, change management, user training, or enablement
• An interest in digital transformation or commercial operations
