For our European Distribution Center office team, we are looking for a:

 

Job description

• Implement a governance of processes to ensure the stability and scalability of the distribution center
• Behave as process owner and advisory on review, update and new processes to be implemented
• Take on new business requirements of our customers and implement them in close cooperation with the project managers team, SAP project managers & business analysts, IT infrastructure, distribution center team and external partners
• Represent the distribution center and have an active participation in the migration from SAP R3 to S4 projects
• Support operations for problems solving and analysis
• Serve our Swatch Group watch brands and European country companies on operational requests for our European distribution in both warehouse and logistics areas
• Support the business and operations team for the execution of test procedures

Profile

• Experience of being the bridge between business profiles and SAP business analysts
• Several years' experience of SAP (SD/MM)
• In depth knowledge of warehousing and logistic processes
• Analytical mindset with conceptual skills
• Affinity for analyzing and solving technical and business issues
• Team player with a high level of social competence
• Good negotiation and assertiveness skills
• Willing to take on ownership and technical challenges
• Warehouse management systems experience is an advantage

Professional requirements

Languages

• Native French or English speaker with good knowledge of the other language. German is a plus
