Your responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of advanced medical sterilization systems at customer sites throughout Western Switzerland 
• Comprehensive customer support through preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of complex medical equipment 
• Technical consultation and advisory services for clients regarding sterilization technology and application solutions 
• Expansion of service offerings including spare parts business development within your territory 
• Quality assurance through detailed service documentation and compliance with safety regulations 
• Customer relationship management to ensure optimal satisfaction and long-term partnerships
•  Diagnostic analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools

Your profile

• Technical education in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or HVAC with electrical knowledge 
• Professional experience in medical technology or related technical field service environment 
• Field service expertise with willingness to travel extensively throughout Western Switzerland 
• Language skills: Fluent French and German; English proficiency is advantageous 
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and social competencies 
• Proactive approach characterized by solution-oriented thinking, reliability, and strong team collaboration skills 
• Technical passion for innovative medical equipment and commitment to healthcare excellence
