As a major operational contributor of the pricing review of the local desk, you will join «Optimization of pricing fees» project team and you will report to the Head of Client Service or any delegated person.
Responsabalities:
- You will be a key stakeholder of a strategic inititiave on repricing client fees conditions
- You will inventory all the pricing conditions subscribed by the customers of the desk
- You will identify all manual billing or non applicable billing
- You will be responsible for the completeness of this study
- You will propose repricing (conditions are not applied) or pricing (where pricing does not exist) to prepare further sales negociations
- You will propose operational controls for the future
Additional client servicing tasks maybe allocated to you linked to the GTB customer care mission of the local desk depending on the needs and under the supervision of the Head of the Client Service team.
A questionnaire will be provided to you in order to check your VIE (Société Générale and Business France) eligibility. For an efficient analysis of your application, please make sure to truthfully answer all the questions.
Profile required PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
- Graduate with a Master’s degree with a specialization in Finance or Business Administration
- A previous experience in Global Transaction Banking or Customer Service is a plus
Language skills:
Technical, operational & soft skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Proficient in Excel (use of formulas for data manipulation and presentation)
- Ability to work in a team environment with co-operation with other departments of the bank on collective success
- Capacity to adapt quickly and able to work autonomously
- Time management organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Good communication capabilities
- Comfortable and confident to speak
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Zürich is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.
In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.
