The role is responsible for managing and growing sales across Central Switzerland by developing strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals and healthcare professionals. It involves executing regional account strategies, identifying new business opportunities and driving sustainable commercial growth within the healthcare/medical devices market.

Description
- Manage regular visits to healthcare professionals and pharmacies, and organise workshops or local events to enhance product visibility.
- Analyse regional sales data and market information to prioritise activities and optimise results.
- Develop and execute account plans aimed at achieving sales objectives and expanding market presence.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within both established and emerging customer segments.
- Monitor growth potential in various product categories and align plans with long?term commercial objectives.
- Foster internal collaboration across different business functions to support overall organisational goals.
Profile
- You speak German (C2) and English (C1).
- At least 5 years of sales experience within the healthcare or medical technology industry in the assigned region.
- Strong network among key stakeholders in pharmacies and hospitals.
- Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders and deliver impactful commercial arguments.
- Experience in training or educating healthcare partners is an asset.
