IAM Technical Expert

Implement and optimize IAM integrations, application onboarding, and automated provisioning to enable centralized identity and access lifecycle management, supporting enterprise authentication and access controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the inventory of IAM-managed applications and onboard new applications.
• Identify non-integrated applications and drive remediation plans.
• Assess and improve application provisioning, authentication, and access management maturity.
• Implement and support SSO, federation, MFA, and Microsoft Entra ID integrations.
• Support application discovery and integrate applications with the IAM platform and Entra ID.
• Collaborate with IAM teams to automate provisioning and deprovisioning processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting IAM solutions.
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms and automated provisioning.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP, REST APIs, and Active Directory.
• Experience with RBAC, legacy application integration, and identity provisioning standards.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German and/or French is an advantage.
• PowerShell, scripting, or automation experience is a plus.
