Senior Project Manager - Transformation

Missions

• Lead the end?to?end delivery of a digital commerce project using a selected SaaS platform.
• Drive project planning, execution, timelines, risks, and budget alignment.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing as project sponsor and IT teams across architecture, development, and operations.
• Coordinate with an external SaaS provider and integration partner throughout implementation.
• Ensure alignment with portfolio governance, PMO standards, and reporting requirements.
• Facilitate the definition, refinement, and prioritization of business and technical requirements.
• Manage dependencies, risks, change impacts, and escalations across stakeholder groups.
• Guide testing activities, including system testing, UAT, readiness, and deployment.
• Engage high?level leadership through governance meetings, steering committees, and status presentations.
• Support cross?team collaboration with units involved in standardization and delivery processes.
• Contribute to the decommissioning of legacy systems post?go?live.

Profil du candidat

• 10+ years of experience delivering IT or digital transformation projects.
• Proven track record in e?commerce platform implementation or replacement.
• Strong ability to work hands?on with requirements, process details, and functional specifications.
• Experience managing third?party vendors and external integrators.
• Comfortable navigating structured governance, reporting lines, and high?level stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication skills, able to adapt to technical, business, and leadership audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, impacts, and trade?offs.
• Proactive, autonomous, and ownership?driven working style.
• Ability to collaborate across multicultural teams and matrix environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
