The candidate will support our Switzerland Operations and will be responsible for implementing all aspects of the Records and Information Management (RIM) program across multiple business units and departments in compliance with enterprise standards, while also partnering with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives by optimizing information governance and data management strategies to enhance efficiency and enable smarter decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve data management processes and implement best practices
- Maintenance of the network of contact persons (records coordinators, archiving personnel) in several business units/departments
- Training and support to appointed record coordinators and archiving personnel on records management policies and data management tool
- Act as an authority and resource for RIM-related queries across the organization
- Be responsible for and coordinate classification, archiving and, retrieval of physical records
- Apply Legal Hold Notices distributed by Law Department on the records collected in records management software
- Apply enterprise retention schedules and organize the destruction process of records that have met their retention period after getting all internal approvals
- Handle and maintain records management software to ensure its optimal performance, and usability
- Lead digital record transition
- Find opportunities to leverage emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning) to improve RIM processes
Qualifikationen
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in archives, library, Records Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in records management, information governance, or a related role
- Strong understanding of data governance
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle large volumes of data and records
- Good communication, interpersonal and training skills to work optimally with cross-functional teams
- A proactive and collaborative mindset to drive RIM initiatives
- Adaptable to new technologies and processes in a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience working within large, complex corporate environments
