Tâches
- Superviser et soutenir des groupes d'enfants de 3 mois à 3 ans.
- Guider les apprentis et les stagiaires dans leur formation.
- Planifier des activités variées en fonction des besoins des enfants.

- Formation complétée en tant que spécialiste de la petite enfance.
- Compétences professionnelles et sociales solides requises.
- Créativité et plaisir à travailler avec les enfants.

We run over 40 day care centres and a day care structure, children's and youth homes, the Centre for Foster Children and a women's advice centre. As of 01.08.2025 we are looking for a Child Care Specialist EFZ 90%, for one of our company owned day care centres.
Would you like to put a beaming smile on children's faces every day? These are your tasks:- Supervision and support of mixed-age groups of children (3 months - 3 years)
- Guidance of apprentices and interns
- Customer-oriented, open and trusting cooperation with parents
- Planning and implementing a varied daily routine, tailored to the individuality of the child
What you bring to the table:
- Completed education as a childcare specialist, completed studies as a social or childhood educator or similar pedagogical training (*)
- Professional experience, with strong personal and social skills
- Joy and patience in working with children
- Commitment, reliability, resilience and flexibility
- You like to contribute new ideas and enjoy creative activities such as singing, dancing, telling stories...
