Compétences
- Diplôme en ingénierie électrique avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience pertinente.
- Compétences en gestion de la qualité et en communication interculturelle.
- Anglais courant, l'allemand est un atout.

How you’ll make an impact

Act as the go-to expert for Current & Voltage Transformers and Surge Arresters, offering comprehensive knowledge and innovative solutions throughout the value chain

Work collaboratively with suppliers to guarantee that materials and components meet the required quality standards and conduct supplier audits and assessments as necessary

Gather and analyze customer feedback related to product quality, using this information to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Proactively identify potential risks to product quality and develop strategies to mitigate them

Partner with various departments, such as engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to quality management and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them updated on quality-related developments

Oversee NCR reports, cluster quality notifications, and conduct thorough RCAs to identify root causes of quality issues

Define and implement corrective actions to promptly resolve quality issues and lead JDI initiatives to provide quick, actionable solutions for urgent quality concerns

Lead cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions for quality cases, ensuring long-term success

Measure and report on the success of implemented solutions and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Your background
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering

Background current & voltage transformers is desirable
-
Min. 2 years working experience in a similar position

Fluent English skills, German and any other language are beneficial
-
Experience in quality management and / or project management will be considered a plus
-
Good communication and cultural sensitivity
