We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Supply Chain Manager to oversee our Fragrances Operations at the regional level. This important role will lead demand and supply planning, customer service, logistics and project management activities, ensuring that our products are manufactured and supplied on time, meet quality standards.
You will be based in our headquarter in Vernier and reporting directly to the Head of EMEA Operations Fragrance and Beauty.
In this exciting role you will:
Strategy Design and Execution:
- Provide essential supply chain inputs for Operations business plans
- Help design the Supply Chain strategy and define related goals in collaboration with regional functions such as Commercial and Business Development
- Adapt and implement the global supply chain strategy in the region, overseeing tactical and operational plans to meet regional goals
Function Management:
- Develop strategic Supply Chain Management (SCM) programs with Site Operations, Procurement and Sales
- Set regional and local SCM policies and lead SCM implementation projects
- Lead change management plans and facilitate the regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Monitor SCM performance, propose performance targets, and ensure agreement on Lean manufacturing plans
People Management:
- Oversee the execution of annual human resources processes within the Supply Chain function
- Collaborate with regional Operations management and global Supply Chain teams to develop a talent pipeline
- Improve the development and promotion of Supply Chain talents at the regional level
Your professional profile includes:
- Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- 15 to 20 years of experience with a background in supply chain management, continuous improvement, and operational restructuring
- 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in people management
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management concepts and hands-on implementation experience
- Experienced Lean Six Sigma Professional
- Exposure to dynamic industries with high complexity, including demand fluctuations and make-to-order (MTO) environments
- Expert in project management
- Business Fluency in English; of advantage additional language skills
- Open to travel up to 20-30%
