Manager, Execution Planner H/F
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION PROFIL ATTENDU
- Develop and manage supply and execution plans for assigned product portfolios.
- Coordinate with internal and external manufacturing sites, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure continuity of supply.
- Align demand and supply using ERP systems (e.g. SAP), adjusting production and inventory plans as demand changes.
- Monitor inventory levels and purchase orders to prevent shortages, excess, or obsolescence.
- Identify, assess, and communicate supply risks and constraints, including regulatory-related risks.
- Track and report key supply chain KPIs such as backorders, inventory compliance, and planning accuracy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, digitalization projects, and new product introductions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in a global manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
- Solid understanding of supply chain planning and execution processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and data analysis tools (Excel, BI platforms).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (cGMP, FDA, EMA) is a plus.
- APICS certification or equivalent is preferred.
