Are you enthusiastic about interlocking cogs along supply chains? Then join our team of process engineers, and take responsibility for Migros Online's logistics processes. As a link between business, IT, system and software partners, you will play a key role in shaping our future. Your place of work can be Ecublens (VD), Regensdorf (ZH) or Zurich City with ca. 40% travel to the other locations.

What impact do you have?
- In close collaboration with all stakeholders, you develop logistics process strategies using end-to-end approaches and actively contribute to their implementation
- You implement measures in a targeted manner, ensuring that existing logistics processes are improved, new processes are optimally implemented, and properly documented for future reference
- You analyze and understand the needs of the stakeholders and identify where improvements are necessary based on the available data
- You take initiative in improving day-to-day operational processes and contribute to cross-departmental projects, such as the ramp-up of the new fulfillment center in Regensdorf
- Collaboration with all interest groups is particularly important to you. You work closely with customer service, fulfillment centers, as well as our product and IT organizations
What do you offer?
- Education: Student (university / university of applied science / higher technical college) in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Logistics (or a comparable field of study)
- Experience: min. 2 years' experience in Supply Chain Management, Industrial or Process Engineering or another closely related field in e-commerce
- Profound expertise in SCM, logistics, and in manual, semi-automated, and automated warehouse processes with a strong understanding of technology and at least 2 years of professional experience (internships or trainee programs count as well)
- Experience in process development, including successful implementation in operational areas (Change Management)
- Experience in agile project management with an affinity for supply chain and automation projects and a strong hands-on mentality
- You find it easy to understand and unite different perspectives, grasp complex interrelationships, and explain them clearly
- Willingness to regularly visit Migros Online locations (approximately 40% travel to Ecublens, VD, and Regensdorf, ZH)
- Understanding of eCommerce, particularly the eGrocery market in Switzerland, is advantageous
