As Marketing Manager Cross-Sell you will be responsible for growing the value of our existing customer base, by finding relevant cross-sell opportunities along the customer lifecycle. You will be part of a highly motivated and diverse team within the Consumer Base Unit of Sunrise.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Conceptualize, develop and execute innovative cross-selling initiatives to maximize customer value
• Continuously analyze customer base data as well as sales performance to identify opportunities for cross-selling
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on customer behavior monitoring and performance analysis
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various functions such as product management, sales channels and analytics to create targeted initiatives.
• Lead cross departemental projects & initiatives
• Execute your initiatives also through direct customer communication campaigns along the customer journey together with CRM and design teams, further driving cross-sales conversions

YOUR SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
• Proven commercial experience in Marketing, Base Management or Project Management
• Experience in Telecommunications, or subscription-based industries is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
• Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive measurable outcomes
• Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in German, French and/or Italian is a plus
