To support our e-Ground Transport Group we are looking for our offices in Yverdon-les-Bains for a:
Purpose:
Manage project plans through the New Product Introduction process, from Technical proposal to customers to Industrialization and start of serial production. Plan the different project execution phases and customer project gateways, which also includes resources alignment, risk mitigation and contingency planning to ensure flawless and timely project launches.
Role&Responsibilities:
• Align internal resources to achieve project deliverables on time and complex certification process (Type approval of complete battery system).
• Build a robust management operating system for the projects asigned, based on quality standards for Railway applications (IRIS ISO/TS 22163). Support to automotive or marine projects can be requested.
• Provide project timing feasibility analysis to Sales Management as part of the commercial offer to customer.
• Prepare clear cross-functional requirement plans, from initiating through execution to ensure the successful attainment of project deliverables.
• Lead and execute risk mitigation plans to ensure flawless launch of projects.
• Generate presentations to both internal management and customers on project progress and status.
• Provide logistic and operational support to Leclanché validation and testing engineers, in order to enable success of product validation based on standards and safety regulations for Railway applications.
• Lead FAI activities and documentation, interfacing with customers’ own tools and approval processes.
• Provide both short term customer demand inputs and long term strategic demand planning related to the projects asigned in order to ensure that production capacity is put in place accordingly.
• Drive Change Management processes in order to meet material margin targets from business offer to industrialization.
Skills&Experience:
• Degree in electrical, industrial or mechanical engineering. PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge and experience, minimum 5 years in project management tools (i.e. MS Project), systems and procedures.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience dealing with automotive / railway projects.
• Knowledge in EV, Li-ion batteries and chargers is a plus.
• Ability to ensure the successful completion of team deliverables, both from internal resources as well as external sources such as clients, vendors, cross functional support groups, etc.
• Personal sense of ownership of all facets of a project or task.
• Use previous experience and new knowledge to demonstrate technical and professional competence.

• This job will require travelling (up to 20%).
