ASAP: Senior Process & Project Manager - Operations (ENG)

Our client is a fast-growing international company in the sports and lifestyle industry. To support the ongoing digitalisation of global operations, the company is seeking a Senior Process & Project Manager - Operations in Zurich. In this role, you will optimise and harmonise global Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, acting as the bridge between business and technology to ensure efficient system integration across regions.

Description

• Oversee the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability across regions and functions.
• Develop and maintain detailed process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data flow documentation.
• Lead and execute process improvement projects from scoping to implementation, including defining timelines, risks, and success metrics.
• Analyse process data and stakeholder feedback to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, and Customer Service to ensure seamless process integration and system enablement (ERP/CRM).
• Drive the adoption of best practices and digital tools to support business scalability and efficiency.

Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in process management, business transformation, or operations enablement within an international environment.
• Proven background in Order-to-Cash (O2C) or related operational processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of ERP/CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce).
• Strong analytical mindset and process-driven approach, with a hands-on attitude.
• Fluent in English (company language); any additional language is a plus.
• Open, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
