Our Corporate Audit team offers services that help our clients successfully manage their local and global challenges in relation to their workforce. Our team specializes in a wide range of services, from external audit to advisory projects.
We are looking for a Student to support our Administrative Team. Do you want to be part of our multi-competency and cultural team? Then we're the right team for you.
What you can expect from us
o Assist with management on outlook
o Administrative support for the assigned Directors / Team
o On demand resolving, responding or referring where necessary to basic work-related enquiries
o Arranging internal & external meetings (including preparations & follow up on request)
o Arrange internal client meetings / catering and fine dining
o Maintain contact system on outlook & Smartnet
o Distribute correspondence internal & external on behalf of Directors
o Providing cover for other Team Assistants within your team
o Manage expenses & time reports
o Book global travel arrangements
o Research using firm's databases
o Building and maintaining appropriate relationship within the Deloitte network
o Pull SAP Reports; netwip, time input, expense input
o Create invoices/reports; open & close job codes GVA
o Filing and archiving and TOP (Service Line specific)
o Printing and binding
o Work as part of the EA team and support each other
o You communicate confidently and concisely in French and English.
o Your knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is very good
o Your organizational skills are excellent and you can work independently, whilst maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels, including those working remotely
o You are able to manage tasks with competing deadlines and prioritise accordingly.
o Positive attitude, with a willingness to provide the highest level of internal and external client service as well as discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role
o You like to work together with a team and do not hesitate to help your colleagues
o You appreciate owning and solving problems as they arise, but also have the ability to identify issues for referral
