Yournewresponsibilities

• Carry out activities defined in the annual communication plan
• Contribute to publications, articles, and press releases through different media (e.g., Enterprise Spotlights, EB Announcements, Technology with Purpose, etc.)
• Provide support with presentation and administrative tasks for external events and conferences
• Keep the different intranet sites updated with the latest information
• Coordinate the different tasks in live streams, webcasts, and webinars (e.g., Voice of Customer, Enterprise Webcasts)
• Consult internal communities to maintain a regular flow of information
• Develop a client clipboard with press releases and joint announcements
  
  

Yourskills

• You are studying business administration, communication, marketing, or a related field
• Experience in communication or marketing is a must
• Proficiency in office management software (MS Office)
• Proactive, creative, and innovative
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Structured way of working and systematic approach
• Excellent English language skills
• Start on 01 June or or by agreement for at least 1 year
