Description

• You will conduct onsite product demonstrations, answer technical questions, contribute to proposals, analyze clients needs and develop technical solutions in a pre-sales ISP environment
• Become the technical subject matter expert on Business Networking products, features, functions, and benefits, while being able to share that knowledge with audiences of their ISP partners
• Understand customer and partner's requirements on project; successfully deploy full product solutions
• Create design/deployment guides for both external and internal audiences
• Maintain strong interpersonal presentation and troubleshooting skills
• Provide strong support in various testings

Profile

• You speak (Swiss) German (C2) and English (C1). French is considered as an asset but not a must
• Proven track record of several years in a similiar pre-sales engineer role; past product and project experience with ISP projects preferably in the telecom industry (not a must)
• You're able to communicate complex technical topics to customers and co-workers of varying technical skill level
• Experience of networking and tele-communications products and solutions.
• Skilled in end-to-end network troubleshooting.
• You have excellent technical presentation and communication skills
