Your skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in software development, with a proven track record in developing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality web applications.
  • Strong experience in a relevant programming language (e.g., Go, Python).
  • Experience and interest in AI/ML-based software solutions, Event Architectures, Infrastructure as Code as well as Cloud Infrastructure (AWS)
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex projects and resolve challenging technical issues.
  • Excellent collaboration skills for effective work within cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and contribute innovative ideas.
Your Tasks
  • Implementing solutions that have emerged from collaborative initiatives within an agile team.
  • Maintenance of existing and new applications with the necessary tools and processes.
  • Supporting your team (cross-functional) in implementing an effective day-to-day working life.
    • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional skills.
  • Writing production-ready code that accounts for testability, readability, reusability, edge cases, security, and errors.
  • Focus self-documenting code and supplementary in-depth documentation that is easy to understand by others in the team.
  • Review the code of other engineers within the team to ensure consistency in the code repository.
  • Ensure stability and performance of their team’s applications and services by actively monitoring their stack.
  • Systematic and collaborative troubleshooting and error recovery given the team’s operational data and monitoring philosophy.
  • Expert on the team’s domain based on the core principles and architecture.
  • Actively participate in agile planning and decision-making processes, ensuring team alignment with project goals and incremental value delivery.

  • Considering the experience, a reasonable salary range is between CHF 104'200 and 130’800 for a 100% position
